We want you to love your Playboda puzzle board!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Process

1. Email support@playboda.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and the nearest return address.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional giveaways, or products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
