When will my order arrive?
We ship only to the United States and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days. Please note that remote areas may take a little longer.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships — usually within 2–3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@playboda.com within 4 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Standard shipping is $6.00. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@playboda.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a credit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
